The Goron's Bracelet is an item in Ocarina of Time.

Ocarina of Time

The Goron's Bracelet is received from Darunia after Link plays Saria's Song for him. It is a small bracelet that gives Link the ability to lift up Bomb Flowers and throw them as he pleases. Later on in the game, the Goron's Bracelet is replaced by an even more powerful and durable item, the Silver Gauntlets.
