— In-game description

Fortified Pumpkins are grown in abundance in Kakariko Village, but can also be dropped by Red Hinox. Fortified Pumpkins will restore ½ of a heart when eaten raw. Roasting it on an open fire will make a Baked Fortified Pumpkin, which will restore ¾ of a heart with no special effects.
