Meteo Wizzrobe

"These spell-casting monsters can be found all over Hyrule. They use their meteor rods to hurl fireballs or to summon flaming monsters and have been known to severely raise the temperature around them. The weather will normalize once the Wizzrobe is defeated."

— Hyrule Compendium Entry

A Meteo Wizzrobe is an enemy in Breath of the Wild. They prance about in select locations in Hyrule, and will only attack if Link nears. They will taunt him, and as he approaches, the Wizzrobe will teleport around and cast fiery spells at Link. If Link doesn't eliminate the Wizzrobe quickly, it will cast a strong fire spell, which will cause flaming boulders to fall from the sky.

If hit by a fireball, Link will be set aflame and take damage, unless he has the Fireproof Set Bonus from an upgraded Flamebreaker Set. Upon death, they will drop the Meteor Rod they carry.
