Water Medallion
"You received the Water Medallion! Ruto awakens as a Sage and adds her power to yours!"

The Water Medallion is the fourth of the six Medallions in Ocarina of Time. Link gets this Medallion after completing the Water Temple. Once Link defeats Morpha, the Sage of Water, Princess Ruto, will awaken and will then joke around about being Link's wife and how Princess Zelda is still alive.[1][2][3][4] Afterwards, she will award Link the Water Medallion and tells Link to thank Sheik for her.[5][6] After Link obtains the Water Medallion, he will proceed to Kakariko Village to obtain the fifth medallion, the Shadow Medallion.
