This is a gallery comparing versions of the items in Ocarina of Time and Ocarina of Time 3D.

Note that some images of polygonal models for Ocarina of Time are labelled as "Get Item model" or "Link Model" - the former are the versions seen hovering over Link after he has picked them up, and also on shop shelves, whereas the latter are the ones which are used by Link during gameplay.

Most items have separate models in the N64 version of the game for each of these cases - Compare the Hylian Shield models in these screenshots. They are both different shapes and use different textures:
