The Rolling Ridge Subrosian is a character in Oracle of Ages, found exclusively in a Linked Game.
Subrosian Secret

After Link has completed the Crown Dungeon, he'll gain access to the east portion of Rolling Ridge. On the same screen as the Target Carts, a second cave can be found in the present on the east side. Inside, Link will find the Rolling Ridge Subrosian. The Subrosian wants to teach something good to Link.[1] The Subrosian will tell Link that his brother lives near the three peaks of the Subrosian Volcanoes in Subrosia. The Subrosian will give Link a secret and tells him to tell it to his brother.[2]
Back in Oracle of Seasons, Link can travel to Subrosia where he we will meet a Subrosian in a cave within the Subrosian Volcanoes. The cave is located one screen west of the portal that is near the Woods of Winter. After telling him the secret, Link will need to complete a task of cutting all the grass in the room, using only the Magical Boomerang. Link can toss the boomerang only three times. If Link successfully does so, the Subrosian will reward him with a Bombchu. The Subrosian will also give Link a password to take back to Oracle of Ages.
