A Link to the Past

Hoarders are hidden underneath bushes and stones throughout the Overworld. They blend into the environment and only when Link draws near will they move away. Hoarders won't try to attack Link directly, and in fact, they try to move away from Link to avoid being attacked by Link. Link can defeat a bush Hoarder with a single slash from his Fighter's Sword.

Link can lift up the bush or stone that is on top of the Hoarder and the enemy will try to run away. While running away, the Hoarder will drop Rupees for Link before eventually disappearing.
