The Titan's Mitt is an item in A Link to the Past and A Link Between Worlds. In both games, Link uses it to lift objects that he normally could not lift even with the Power Glove.

Ages ago, a band of thieves stole the legendary Titans Mitt and hid it, thinking no one could find it."
The Titan's Mitt is found in the large Treasure Chest in Gargoyle's Domain (Level 4) in the Dark World. It is an upgrade to the Power Glove and can be used to lift black rocks as well.
Ancient Stone Tablets
The Titan's Mitt is located in Level 7 of Ancient Stone Tablets, available in Week 4. It functions exactly as it did in A Link to the Past.
A Link Between Worlds
The Titan's Mitt is found in the Desert Palace in Hyrule. It is an upgrade to the Power Glove, allowing Link to lift the large gray stones he could not before.
