"Zelda and the party journey to the Lanayru region to continue work with the Divine Beasts. However, Sooga and the Yiga Clan assassins attack before they can reach their destination."
The Yiga Clan Attacks! is the final scenario of Age of Calamity Chapter 2. It is unlocked by completing all four of the Champion recruitment scenarios in Chapter 2.
Zelda leads Link, the Divine Beast pilots and a small group of Hylian Soldiers to train with their giant mecha. While Mipha is asking Daruk about joining him for training; the Yiga Clan, led by Sooga, attack. While Link attempts to get Zelda to safety, Impa and the future Champions attempt to clear the battlefield. While they succeed, it is a diversion, meant to allow Sooga to get close to Zelda herself. Link must then defeat Sooga to save the princess.
- Victory Condition: Defeat Sooga
- Defeat Condition: Any Divine Beast Pilots flee, or the Allied Stronghold falls → Zelda flees

- Head for the Hyrule Garrison to request reinforcements

"With that, the four Divine Beasts were assembled with their pilots. Training began in earnest, and the plan to defeat Hyrule's enemies began to coalesce."
An Uneasy Heart
"Zelda has been successful in her recruiting mission, yet the king remains stern with her. Told to focus on her training now more than ever, Zelda tells the little Guardian of the insecurities she carries with her."
Assassination!
"Zelda departs Hyrule Castle and sets out with the pilots for the Lanayru region, where they intend to train with the Divine Beasts. The party talks amongst themselves as they travel, but their progress is abruptly halted when the Yiga Clan appears, intent on taking Zelda's life."
Trust
"Link and the others fight bravely in the intense battle and manage to rout Sooga and the Yiga Clan. Zelda offers Link gratitude for his protection, and finds herself slowly coming to trust him more and more."
Treasure Chests

Diamond x5 Near the starting point on the eastern side between two buildings. 
Hearty Truffle x10 On the eastern side of the map, between two houses. 
Cobble Crusher On the western side of the map against the outer wall. 
100 Rupees Behind a house in the far southwest corner of the map. 
Iron Sledgehammer On the eastern side of the map, on the outside of the wall. 
Traveler's Spear In the north-central area of the map, head south of the outpost and across the bridge to find the chest. 
Spiked Boko Bat Toward the southwest of the map, there's a path that goes north. The chest is behind the large house at the end of the path. 
Traveler's Bow In the southwest portion of the map, take the middle path and use Magnesis on the chest.
Koroks

There are 8 Koroks found in The Yiga Clan Attacks!
Among the houses in the southwest part of the map, there is a yellow flower just off one of the roads. 
Inside the allied base, at the far south end of the map. Examine the sparkling light. 
From the houses in the southwest of the map, head north, towards the center of the map. After climb a series of small steps, you'll find a floating balloon. 
Examine the yellow flower found at the southeast portion of the map. 
In between the two outposts on the east side of the map, there is a path that heads south. Behind the houses there is a tree stump. 
There is a pinwheel behind one of the houses at the far southwest part of the map. 
Examine the yellow flower at the northeast end of the map. 
From the northern outpost, head south towards the center of the map and you'll find the tree stump.
Trivia
- After unlocking, but before entering the scenario, The Yiga Clan Attacks! is shown on the map and Chapters list only as "???".
