While it's base damage is massive, its durability is very low, making it unreliable in battle. The Royal Guard's Claymore features a black cross-guard with a crimson ribbon wrapped around the grip. Design-wise, it's similar to the [[Royal Claymore]], with the only difference being the color scheme. With the maximum +44 Attack possible as a bonus, the Royal Guard's Claymore becomes the single mightiest weapon in the game by raw power, at a staggering 116, though the [[Ancient Battle Axe++]] can outdamage it with [[Ancient Proficiency]] if it is applied.
