"A spear modeled after the Lightscale Trident wielded by the Zora Champion Mipha. They may be identical in appearance, but this spear's strength and durability are inferior."
The Ceremonial Trident is a two-handed spear found in Breath of the Wild and Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity.
Breath of the Wild
The Ceremonial Trident has a very fast use time, and has a power of 14. This item can be obtained from the Zora's Domain at any time. It is used in the Shrine Quest The Ceremonial Song, where it is referenced by the Zora child Laruta. It can be found submerged underwater under the west bridge of the outer ring inside of the Zora's Domain, where it's obtained by using Magnesis on the trident. If broken, it can be repaired by Dento. The Ceremonial Trident he creates is identical in appearance to the Lightscale Trident; however, it has a lower base power and durability.
The Ceremonial Trident may have been created by the Zora due to the hallowed nature of the Lightscale Trident, which according to Part Four of the History of the Zora, they consider sacred.

But when they did, the trident began to glow, and Mipha's voice rang loud and clear for all Zora to hear: "The Lightscale Trident and I are one... Abandon your grief and know joy once again. Do not cry...just remember."" — As told by King Dorephan, Breath of the Wild
