Winged Octoroks, also known as Paraoctos, are enemies from Link's Awakening.
Link's Awakening
Winged Octoroks have a small set of wings attached to their backs. Even with wings, they can't really fly. If Link gets close to them, they will hop in the air and flutter for a second before landing on the ground. While they are in the air, Link's sword can't reach them. Waiting until they are about to land and then slicing rapidly with his sword is Link's best plan of attack. He can also use the Spin Attack. Any range weapons, such as the Fire Rod or the Bow are also quite effective to kill them. One hit from any of Link's weapons will defeat a Winged Octorok.
