The Shrine is located in Korok Forest.
Solution
1. Put the cube under the bridge. 2. Take the cube from bridge and attach it to the ball, then swing it at the target. 3. Put the pillar on the sliding platform and take the cube attach to the ball, then swing it at the target.
Alternatively, put a bomb flower on an arrow and shoot the target in the last 2 rooms.
