The Shrine is located in Death Mountain.
The Death Caldera Crystal
This Shrine Quest, The Death Caldera Crystal, involves retrieving a Sky Crystal from a nearby cave. Upon activating the shrine, a beam will appear that points into Death Mountain itself.
