The Fortress of Winds was the past home of the Wind Tribe before they went to the Palace of Winds. It is the third dungeon in The Minish Cap. It houses the dungeon boss, Mazaal.

Mazaal is the boss of the Fortress of Winds. Built by the Wind Tribe, it needs to be stunned while Link is in normal size, and hurt while Minish-sized. Beating it will allow Link to obtain the Ocarina of Wind.
