Kisinona Shrine, also known as Wind Power, is a Shrine of Light from Tears of the Kingdom.

The Shrine is located just northwest of Foothill Stable.

Wind Power

  • Move forward and you will see a large wheel surrounded by turbines and 2 Fan devices on the right.
  • Use Ultrahand to attach both fans to the wheel in the middle on opposite sides.
  • Activate the fans which will spin the turbines and open the door.
  • To the left of the large wheel there is a ledge with a chest, use one of the fans to create an updraft and glide onto the ledge (The door will remain open, even if you detach the fans and the turbines stop spinning) and open the chest to collect a Mighty Construct Bow.
  • Approach the altar for your Light of Blessing.
