Master Ore is a type of ore found in A Link Between Worlds. While Master Ore cannot be found in Hyrule, four pieces of the ore can be found throughout Lorule in the Dark Palace, Skull Woods, Thieves' Hideout, and in the Philosopher's Cave. Once Link has collected two of the four Master Ores, he can take them to the Blacksmith in Hyrule to strengthen and upgrade the Master Sword. After collecting the other two ores, he can take them to the Blacksmith in Lorule to further upgrade the Master Sword.
