In order to access this shrine, you must enter [[Oakle's Navel Cave]] from the bottom of [[Oakle's Navel]]. Shortly after entering you will encounter an [[Electric Like Like]]. You can defeat or stun it to proceed forward. You will encounter a crystal that will shine a beacon towards the shrine entrance. You must use [[Ultrahand]] to carry the crystal to the entrance. There are several boulder traps between the start and finish that you must either dodge or deal with. If you're having difficulty dodging you can use Ultrahand to catch all the falling boulders and make them stationary to prevent them from regenerating. Pick the crystal up again and jump off the ledge at the end of the room and proceed forward approaching the south tunnel. You must proceed slowly and be prepared to encounter one more boulder, you can stop it with Ultrahand and attach it to the crystal, then take it to the end to have the shrine unlocked.

Tokiy Shrine, also known as Rauru's Blessing, is a Shrine of Light from Tears of the Kingdom.

The Shrine is located in East Necluda, inside Oakle's Navel Cave found at Oakle's Navel.

Cave coordinates: +2505 -2103 +0009

Rauru's Blessing

In order to access this shrine, you must enter Oakle's Navel Cave from the bottom of Oakle's Navel. Shortly after entering you will encounter an Electric Like Like. You can defeat or stun it to proceed forward. You will encounter a crystal that will shine a beacon towards the shrine entrance. You must use Ultrahand to carry the crystal to the entrance. There are several boulder traps between the start and finish that you must either dodge or deal with. If you're having difficulty dodging you can use Ultrahand to catch all the falling boulders and make them stationary to prevent them from regenerating. Pick the crystal up again and jump off the ledge at the end of the room and proceed forward approaching the south tunnel. You must proceed slowly and be prepared to encounter one more boulder, you can stop it with Ultrahand and attach it to the crystal, then take it to the end to have the shrine unlocked.
