Hudson is one of the men who Link meets in Hateno Village in Breath of the Wild.
Breath of the Wild
Hudson is initially found demolishing a house with Bolson and Karson. After Link purchases the house instead, Hudson travels to Akkala to found a new settlement there.
When Link heads to the island in the middle of Lake Akkala, Link will find Hudson there building Tarrey Town. This triggers a new sidequest, involving Link needing to find a Goron, Gerudo, Rito and Zora - all of which must have names ending in "-son", in line with the Bolson Construction employee requirements - as well as many, many bundles of Wood.
Hudson ultimately marries Rhondson, the Gerudo lady Link brought to Tarrey Town. Hudson asks Link to fetch Bolson and Karson from Hateno Village for the wedding. After this, they pay Link three diamonds for all his help.
