After Sayge has reworked Link's paraglider with new fabric, the next time Link visits the Kochi Dye Shop and speaks to him, he says he wants to create his own fabric, and wants to see a photograph of a "a regular Chuchu for [himself]--not a Fire Chuchu or Ice Chuchu" as inspiration.
When Link brings him a picture taken on the Purah Pad's camera of a Chuchu, he immediately creates the new fabric and makes it available to Link for use on his paraglider at the usual rework cost of 20 rupees. While this completes the Photographing a Chuchu side quest, he also opens requests for photos of a number of other animals and monsters to make fabric of - an Aerocuda, a Stalnox, a Gleeok, a Cucco, an Eldin Ostrich, a Grizzlemaw Bear and a Lynel.
