If Link completes the Tears of the Kingdom Hyrule Compendium, Robbie is amazed and gives him this fabric as a commemoration of the achievement. It is gold fabric, featuring the icons of the types of picture found in the Hyrule Compendium in a repeating pattern.

It can be applied to Link's paraglider by Sayge at the Kochi Dye Shop for 20 rupees.
