After Wortsworth translates the Ancient Hyrulean stone tablet with "a firsthand historical account" of Rauru's family which fell to Lookout Landing, he finds it claims to be one of thirteen. He charges Link to bring him photographs of the other twelve stone tablets, floating in the sky on flower-shaped platforms. Once they are all recorded and translated by Wortsworth, he rewards Link with the Zonai Survey Team Fabric.
It can be applied to Link's paraglider by Sayge at the Kochi Dye Shop for 20 rupees.
