The Vow of Tulin, Sage of Wind is a Key Item in Tears of the Kingdom.

"Proof of the vow of Tulin, Sage of Wind. Use it to summon or dismiss the avatar of Tulin."
When Tulin and Link defeat Colgera in the Wind Temple, it allows Tulin to obtain the ancient Rito Sage of Wind's Secret Stone. This allows him to generate an avatar which can fight in his stead and use Tulin's Power of Wind. He then makes a vow to "fight by [Link's] side until the end", and transfers the ability to call the avatar to Link, embodied as a ring worn on the latter's right pinky finger.
The avatar attacks enemies with a Great Eagle Bow, and Link can have it use Tulin's Power of Wind to create a horizontal blast of wind, mostly used while paragliding. It cannot be summoned within the boundaries of a town or in Shrines of Light.
The avatar's attack power can be upgraded by trading four Sage's Wills to a Goddess Statue, upgrading the vow to the Solemn Vow of Tulin, Sage of Wind.
