A Pony Points Card is a key item found in Tears of the Kingdom.

Pony Points Cards are issued by the Stable Association to track loyalty from patronizing stable services such as registering horses, lodging, visiting a stable for the first time, or as a reward for certain side quests.
Pony Points can be used to obtain rewards such as registering more horses, obtaining various items, and also receiving half off the cost for services. Each Stable has a Pony Points Ledger which can be used to cash in Link's awards.
Rewards
Unique rewards end at 40 Pony Points; every 5 levels after that grants 5 Sleepover Tickets for X5 and 3 Endura Carrots for X0.
