After Link completes the Photographing a Chuchu quest, Sayge opens requests for a number of other animals and monsters to show him photographs of as inspiration for paraglider fabric.
Amongst these requests is an Cucco picture. When Link brings him a photograph of the bird taken on the Purah Pad's camera, he immediately creates the new fabric and makes it available to Link for use on his paraglider at the usual rework cost of 20 rupees.
