The Fierce Deity Set is an Armor set from Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom, designed after Fierce Deity Link from Majora's Mask.

Breath of the Wild

The Fierce Deity Set is obtained through the use of the Amiibo rune and scanning the Link (Majora's Mask) Amiibo. This Amiibo can only be scanned once per day (real day, not in-game day). When scanned, this Amiibo drops various items, with a small chance of dropping a chest containing one piece of the Fierce Deity Set. The Drop Rates are highly disputed, but the best estimate for how often a piece of armor drops is about a 10% chance each piece of armor. Due to the nature of how it is obtained, it can be obtained either early, mid, or late game, or never. This depends on when one receives the chest after scanning the amiibo. The amiibo may also drop the Fierce Deity Sword.

This set is very similar to the Barbarian Set, however, it is an amiibo exclusive item and is much easier to obtain through save scrubbing than having to complete all three labyrinths for the Barbarian set.

Tears of the Kingdom

Unlike in Breath of the Wild, the Fierce Deity Set can actually be found in the game, without the need for amiibos. The pieces were hidden long ago by Misko, the Great Bandit, with two pieces found in the Akkala region, and one piece in Hyrule Field.

All armor pieces come with a base defense of 3 with the Attack Up bonus.

Fierce Deity Mask

The Fierce Deity Mask can be found inside of Skull Lake Cave, in the western part of Deep Akkala. The cave entrance is at the very top of the right eye pillar.

Enhancing Armor requires that Link has unlocked as many Great Fairy Fountains as the desired star-level.

Fierce Deity Armor

The Fierce Deity Armor can be found in a treasure chest as soon as you drop down into the Akkala Citadel Ruins Summit Cave, which can be found within the hidden lower level bedroom of the ruins at the top of Akkala Citadel Ruins in southwestern Akkala Highlands. The entrance to the bedroom is found at (3285, 1492, 0414).

Enhancing Armor requires that Link has unlocked as many Great Fairy Fountains as the desired star-level.
