The Gleeok Fabric is a key item from Tears of the Kingdom.

"Tough fabric bearing a Gleeok design. It looks like it could be used to make a paraglider."
After Link completes the Photographing a Chuchu quest, Sayge opens requests for a number of other animals and monsters to show him photographs of as inspiration for paraglider fabric.
Amongst these requests is an Gleeok picture. When Link brings him a photograph of any of the versions of the monster - Flame Gleeok, Frost Gleeok, Thunder Gleeok or King Gleeok - taken on the Purah Pad's camera, he immediately creates the new fabric and makes it available to Link for use on his paraglider at the usual rework cost of 20 rupees.
