Tears of the Kingdom
Multiple instances of a Note on the Table can be found in Tears of the Kingdom, written by different characters.
Hyrule Field
- Main article: Note on the Table (Captain Hoz)
A Note on the Table can be found in Hyrule Field, south of Lookout Landing and just west of the Hyrule Field Chasm. It is written by Captain Hoz, meant for Hoz's Squad. It teaches his army how to use the Jump Slash attack, which Link has perfected.
Hebra
- Main article: Note on the Table (Nat)
A note can be found by a tent, just east of the Lucky Clover Gazette. The note was written by Nat and it talks about how Nat and Meghyn are exploring caves in search of precious mushrooms. In particular they are interested in Brightcaps. Speaking with the sister, who are not far from where the note sits, will begin the Cave Mushrooms That Glow quest.
Zora River

A note can be found near a tent along the path just north of the Zora River and west of the Inogo Bridge. The note is about a pair of people who are journeying to Zora's Domain, but are commenting about how the road up ahead is crumbling. With the Sludge covering part of the area, it seems like traveling to Zora's Domain is challenging.
Carok Bridge Well

The note can be found in the Carok Bridge Well and it is written by Chef Aurie Taamu. In the note, it tells Link about how conditions were pleasant in the area, enough so, where Chef Aurie Taamu started living off the land, growing Fortified Pumpkins. Only after the Upheaval to she leave to explore other caves that had appeared.
Outskirt Hill Well

The note can be found within Outskirt Hill Well and it is written by Chef Aurie Taamu. It teaches Link that in hot places, he can cook Fire Fruit to make a meal that increases his attack power, but offers no protection from the scorching heat.
Goponga Village Ruins Well

The note can be found within the Goponga Village Ruins Well and it is written by Chef Aurie Taamu. It teaches Link how to make a Sticky Elixir, which will give him Slip Resistance.
Popla Foothills South Well

The note can be found within the Popla Foothills South Well and it is written by Chef Aurie Taamu. She talks about how working alone sometimes leads to loneliness. However, thanks to some of the newly discovered bright ingredients, such as Brightcaps, Brightbloom Seeds, and Glowing Cave Fish, she gets a strange effect of making her body glow. She talks about how particular ingredients have stronger effects and produce more light.
Gerudo Highlands Skyview Tower

The note can be found in a small tent right beside the Gerudo Highlands Skyview Tower. Since the Skyview Tower has been buried in snow, it is now accessible from the outdoors. However, the note mentions that there is a nearby cave where the construction materials are stored. Accessing Meadela's Mantle Cave just to the north will lead Link to being able to access the Skyview Tower.
Tabahl Woods Well

A Note on the Table can be found in the Tabahl Woods Well. It gives information about how certain materials are not edible and have no elixir uses, such as the Soldier Construct Horn that are in the well.
Dronoc's Pass Well

A note can be found within the Dronoc's Pass Well. The note here gives information about how if Link consumes a meal or elixir that gives an effect, that effect will be erased if Link consumes a second meal or elixir with a different effect.
Camera Work in the Depths
Nisoij Lightroot

A Note on the Table can be found by the Nisoij Lightroot in the Depths. The note was written by Robbie and guides Link to his next location in the Depths. The note is part of the Camera Work in the Depths quest, where Link will need to catch up with Robbie. Robbie makes an observation that the Nisoij Lightroot is also directly beneath the shrine that is on the surface.
Robbie's Second Note

A second note can be found just to the west of the Nisoik Lightroot. This one warns Link of the Gloom in the depths, and encourages Link to explore further west where Robbie has spotted the figure that Josha asked them to look for.
Mipha Court
Another Note on the Table can be found at Mipha Court near Rivan, who wrote the note. It gives Rivan's thoughts on the sludge and Sidon's efforts to control it.

Day in and day out, the sludge never stops falling. Thanks to the tireless efforts of Prince Sidon, the water flowing into the domain has been kept somewhat clean...But the mountain path to Toto Lake-and to Dunma-is completely covered in sludge. When you want to sneak over there, remember to bring lots of splash fruit!
Ring Ruins
One can be found at Ring Ruins, inside of a tent. The note describes the Zonai Survey Team's discovery of the Sundelion, and their attempts to cultivate it.

Southern Ring Ruin Research Journal -Cori
Like the other Ring Ruins, those that fell to the plateau south of the village also held a stone slab with Zonai inscriptions. Curiously, we also discovered a flower growing in the ruin, the likes of which we had never seen. References in ancient texts revealed that it was a sundelion-a plan long thought extinct. We are currently borrowing a local plum orchard for our cultivation efforts and hoping our studies prove fruitful.
Note: Our investigation of the round device filled with strange objects has meanwhile come to a standstill.
Gerudo Town
One can be found inside a house at Gerudo Town. It is only two pages long, and describes a stone slab covering a hole nearby.
