Note on the Table is an object from Tears of the Kingdom.

The note is one of the many Notes on the Table found throughout Hyrule. It is located at a small tent, right near the Gerudo Highlands Skyview Tower.
The note is written by Billson. It mentions that construction materials were left in Meadela's Mantle Cave, located just to the north. The cave, which also has Billson's Records, extends underneath the Skyview Tower, where it reinforced the structure.

Who'd have thought a Skyview Tower could get snowed in like that? We're just lucky that the cave we stored our construction materials in was safe. I'm flying back to make a proper report.
