Meadela's Mantle Cave is a location in Tears of the Kingdom.

The cave was used by the construction crew to store materials for building and to fortify the weight of Gerudo Highlands Skyview Tower. It's entrance can be found north of the tower. When Link first enters the cave, he can find Billson's Records on a table. The records talk about the construction of the Gerudo Highlands Skyview Tower.
Link can build a raft using the construction materials to follow the flow of the river deeper into the cave. In the water by some rocks is a floating wooden chest which contains a Gerudo Bow. Later, while riding the raft, as Link reaches the waterfall, the Bubbulfrog can be found clinging on the cave ceiling. At the end of the flow, he will find a wooden platform. Floating to this platform in the middle of the cave will allow him to use Ascend and enter the tower from beneath.
Before ascending into the tower, there is a small crawlspace past the wooden platform that has a trail of Brightcaps, follow it to a Treasure Chest that contains a Topaz.
