Outskirt Hill Well is a location in Tears of the Kingdom. It is one of 58 Wells that can be found in the Overworld.

The well is filled with a bunch of Fire Fruit and a Sticky Lizard.
There is a Note on the Table, that is written by Chef Aurie Taamu. The Note teaches Link how to cook Scorching Simmered Fruit by cooking a Fire Fruit. This meal will give Link a Hot Weather Attack bonus, which increases Link's attack power while in hot places. However, it does not offer any relief from the heat itself. The well acts as a little home to utilize this new ability. There are Fire Fruit in the well, which Link can use to light the Cooking Pot. Link can then cook the Fire Fruit to make some Scorching Simmered Fruit, or combine it with other ingredients to make different meals.
There are some Barrels in the well as well, and when broken may have Apples in them.
