Goro Cove is a location in Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom.

Breath of the Wild

Goro Cove is a lava-filled cove, with part of a large ribcage embedded in the lava. The lava flows from Death Mountain and the Death Caldera into Goro Cove and onward to Lake Darman.

Tears of the Kingdom

The Goro Cove can be found just east of Goron City. As Death Mountain is no longer erupting, all the lava that previously filled the area is gone and Link can traverse the land freely.

While there is no full Chasm in the area, there is Gloom coming out of a fissure in the middle of the area. A sign can be found, warning Hylian Workers. If a worker comes into contact with gloom, the sign here recommends getting away immediately and resting in the fresh air of the surface. At the north end of the cove, there is an enemy skull base, but no enemies are found. Inside, Link can use Ultrahand to pull up a chest which contains ten Brightbloom Seeds.

In the center of the region, under the bone structure, there is an enemy camp of Blue Bokoblin and a Blue Moblin. The enemies here wield a variety of weapons including a Spiny-Bone Spear. After all the enemies are defeated, a treasure with with a Knight's Shield will be accessible. This chest can scale up to a Royal Shield depending on World Level.

Northeast of the Goro Cove, up the hill, Addison can be found holding up a Hudson Sign. Link can use the nearby materials to hold up the sign. As a reward, Addison will give Link a Red Rupee, some Chilly Veggie Rice Balls, and a Bomb Flower.

Southeast of Goro Cove, on a higher ledge, closer to the Bridge of Eldin, an Igneo Talus can be found. Southwest of the Talus, at a lower elevation, there are some breakable boulders. Behind the boulders is a treasure chest which contains three Bomb Flowers.

Korok Seeds

  • At the far southwest end of the cove, the area gradually elevates and a block puzzle can be found. Place the blocks in their proper location to get the Korok Seed.
  • Northwest of the bone structure, there are two statues with offering plates. There is a Pot on one of the plates. Use Ultrahand to grab the other nearby pot and place it on the offering plate to get the Korok Seed.
  • At the north end of the area, underneath the track there is a Korok trying to reunite with his friend. There are Metal Plates that roll down the steep hill here. Link can attach the Korok to the Metal plate and stand on the plate himself. Link can then use Recall, which will take the Korok up the hill. Reunite the two Koroks to get a pair of Korok Seeds.
