The Well-Worn Trousers are an item found in Breath of the Wild. It is one of the first pieces of clothing that Link finds along his quest, appearing within a Treasure Chest in the Shrine of Resurrection, right alongside the Old Shirt, being part of A Well-Worn Outfit. With a base defense of just 1, it is the weakest form of armor and should only be worn if it is the only pair of trousers available. It cannot be enhanced.
After Link has completed the From the Ground Up Side Quest, he will be able to purchase it from Granté in Tarrey Town for 50 Rupees. Link can also sell the Well-Worn Trousers to a variety of shops and characters, and he will receive 15 rupees in return.
The Well-Worn Trousers are outclassed by every other type of leg armor that Link acquires. They quickly become obsolete, as Link can acquire the Hylian Trousers on the Great Plateau, shortly after leaving the Shrine of Resurrection.
