The Compass of Light can be found on the 24th floor within the Tower of Spirits in the game Spirit Tracks. This Compass is required in order to restore some of the Spirit Tracks within the Forest Realm. It's also a crucial item to have equipped in order to reveal the entrance into the Dark Realm.
