Puffer Beach is a location found in Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom.

Breath of the Wild

Puffer Beach is located at the far south end of the Lake Tower region, just east of the Menoat River when it spills out into the Faron Sea. There is a single inhabitant on the beach, a young woman named Loone who has acquired an Ancient Orb. She can be found hugging it and calling it "Roscoe" - however, she will give it to Link on completion of the Guardian Slideshow quest.

There is a small pond at the beach and it contains a circle of seaweed. Jump into the circle to get a Korok Seed. There are a pair of treasure chest in this pond as well, with one containing five Bomb Arrows and the other containing an Opal gem. Just north of the pond, there is some more shallow water with some sparkling peddles moving around. Examine the moving peddles to find another Korok.

At the west side of the beach, there is a large mushroom shaped pillar sticking out of the ground and there is a Korok underneath the rock at the top of the pillar. Link will need extra stamina to climb this pillar, or he can glide down from the Nette Plateau to the north. At the far west of the beach, there is a large rock that Link can use Stasis on. Do so and knock it out of the way to find a smaller rock underneath that has a Korok.

There is one treasure chest that is out to sea. It is directly south of where the Shoqa Tatone Shrine will appear and Link will need to use Cryonis and Magnesis to pull it up. The chest contains a Silver Rupee.

Guardian Slideshow

Main article: Guardian Slideshow

Loone can be found hugging the ancient orb on the beach, and has an obsession with ancient Sheikah technology. There is an inactive Guardian right beside Loone's camp and she has a great interest in it. Once Link talks to her, it will begin the Guardian Slideshow quest, where Link must take a picture of a Guardian Stalker, a Guardian Skywatcher, and a Guardian Scout. Once Link has taken pictures of all three guardians, he can show them to Loone. After doing so, Loone will part ways with "Roscoe" and Link can place it in the nearby pedestal, revealing the Shoqa Tatone Shrine.
