The Ruby Circlet is a headgear found in Breath of the Wild. It has a base defense of 3 and increases resistance to cold. The circlet can be purchased from Starlight Memories, the jewelry shop in Gerudo Town, for 500 Rupees, plus 3 Rubies.

Usage

In terms of effects, the Ruby Circlet is somewhat interchangeable with the Snowquill Headdress as part of the Snowquill Set, and follows the same strength levels. However, procuring rubies may prove more time consuming in comparison.

On top of that, the Circlet does not contribute to the Snowquill Set's Unfreezable buff. As such, the Circlet is assumed to be used with other gear to provide protection against Cold as part of individual armor items that are not part of sets (like the Champion's Tunic).

Enhance Path

Enhancing Armor requires that Link has unlocked as many Great Fairy Fountains as the desired star-level.
