Honeyed Fruits are a piece of food in Breath of the Wild. They can be cooked over a Cooking Pot, and requires specific ingredients to make, listed below. Additional ingredients can be added for extra effects, such as an Armoranth for increased defense, or Swift Carrots for added speed. These boosts may cancel out if two or more different effects are added to one dish.
Courser Bee Honey produces an Energizing effect by itself. As fruits without cooking effects produce Energizing Honeyed Fruits when cooked in a Cooking Pot with Courser Bee Honey - except apples, which produce Energizing Honeyed Apple or Honeyed Apple when cooked with honey, rather than Honeyed Fruits - basic Honeyed Fruits must include a competing effect which cancels Energizing out. There is no benefit to doing so, however.

Breath of the Wild in-game description

Courser Bee Honey produces an Energizing effect by itself. As fruits without cooking effects produce Energizing Honeyed Fruits when cooked in a Cooking Pot with Courser Bee Honey - except apples, which produce Energizing Honeyed Apple or Honeyed Apple when cooked with honey, rather than Honeyed Fruits - basic Honeyed Fruits must include a competing effect which cancels Energizing out. There is no benefit to doing so, however.
