A Fruit and Mushroom Mix is a piece of food in Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom.

Breath of the Wild

"This dish contrasts the sweetness of fruit with the savoriness of mushrooms."

Breath of the Wild In-Game Description

To make a basic Fruit and Mushroom Mix, either fruit and mushrooms with no effects (as in the recipe below) or with clashing effects (such as Mighty Bananas and Chillshrooms) must be cooked together in a Cooking Pot. There is no benefit to using clashing effects in this fashion.

Versions with power-up effects can be made by using complementary effects (e.g., Mighty Bananas and Razorshrooms make Mighty Fruit and Mushroom Mix) or by mixing a fruit or mushroom that have an effect with a "neutral" version of the other (e.g., Wildberry and Chillshroom make Chilly Fruit and Mushroom Mix).

- Using a Skyshroom and an Apple creates a meal that will restore 1 ½ hearts.
- Using a Rushroom or Stamella Shroom and a Fire Fruit creates a meal that will restore 1 ½ hearts.
- Using a Rushroom and an Apple creates a meal that will restore 2 hearts.
