Template:Enemy

A Mini-Freezard is an enemy that Link will encounter in Twilight Princess and Spirit Tracks. Their first appearance was made in the Snowpeak Ruins within Twilight Princess. They appear usually after Link has killed a Freezard, which will than spilt into a number of Mini-Freezards.

Strategies

Killing a Mini-Freezard with a Sword can be quite frustrating, as after they are hit they will slide around and potentially bump into Link, which will instantly freeze him. A much better option is the Ball and Chain, which will kill this enemy in one hit. In Spirit Tracks, if you use the Boomerang on a nearby Torch and then on a Mini-Freezard, you can burn it to reveal an Octorok, which will make it much easier to defeat.
