Lanayru Road East Cave is a location in Tears of the Kingdom.
Tears of the Kingdom
The cave can be found beneath Lanayru Road, at the east end of the Lanayru Promenade, near the Lanayru Road - East Gate. The cave entrance is flooded with water from the promenade that extends will into the cave.
Up ahead, there is a Rock Like along with a pair of Horriblins. On the higher ledge there is a chest here which contains a Knight's-Claymore Spear, which depending on world level, can be as strong as a Knight's-Claymore Halberd.
The cave eventually opens up into a massive circular room with a Black Boss Bokoblin and numerous Blue Bokoblin and Black Bokoblin following behind. The Bubbulfrog can be found in a small room to the southeast. From the large central room the passage to the northeast leads to the second entrance to the cave, found just south of Lanayru Bay.
Jogou Shrine

The Jogou Shrine can be found in the large circular room within the cave. There is an opening where the shrine can be seen, but the walls are slippery. Wearing clothing or drinking an elixir with Slip Resistance will make climbing easier. Alternatively, on the south side of the room, there are some destroyable boulders that Link can break with a Bomb Flower. The cave itself is one of Rauru's Blessings. The chest in the shrine contains Hearty Elixir.
