Nintendo Switch (Master Sword update)

🌎 December 5, 2019

Super Mario Maker 2 is a level creation game released for the Nintendo Switch worldwide on June 28th, 2019.

While the first Super Mario Maker had featured several Zelda characters as "costumes", an update to the sequel on December 5th, 2019 added the Master Sword power-up, which turns Mario (or one of the other playable characters) into Link. This is usable only in the original Super Mario Bros. style, and features many of his iconic moves and accompanying music, primarily from the original The Legend of Zelda.
