Pinwheel, No-Spinwheel is a quest for Hestu found in Age of Calamity.
Overview
The quest is located at the icon of Hestu found just east of Korok Forest. This quest is unlocked after completing the Freeing Korok Forest mission.
"Yaha...aww. A Korok is feeling blue because their favorite pinwheel broke. Now it doesn't spin at all! They'd really appreciate if somebody made them a new one..."
