Fried Wild Greens

"A basic vegetable dish made by sautéing fresh wild plants."

— In-Game Description

Fried Wild Greens are a piece of food in Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom.

Breath of the Wild

Fried Wild Greens can be cooked in a lit Cooking Pot, using just a Hyrule Herb. Adding any vegetables or plants with stat-boosting effects to the meal will cause Link to create a variant of the Fried Wild Greens with the respective enhancement. For example, if Link cooks a Warm Safflina in addition to or instead of a Hyrule Herb, Link will create Spicy Fried Wild Greens. If vegetables carrying multiple different effects are added, they will cancel out and leave the result as plain Fried Wild Greens. There is no benefit to cancelling out effects in this manner.

If Link adds any fruit, mushrooms, meat, or fish to the Hyrule Herb, it will create a different meal. Some additives, such as Acorns and Chickaloo Tree Nuts will cause Link to recover slightly more hearts, but the name of the dish will remain the same. Other additives such as Cane Sugar and Goat Butter will have no effect at all to the dish.
