Breath of the Wild In-Game Description

Cream of Vegetable Soup can be made in a lit Cooking Pot using Fresh Milk and Rock Salt together with Hyrule Herb or certain other vegetables with no net effect. Adding matching ingredients with stat-boosting effects may create variants with those effects - for instance, using Mighty Thistle either in addition to or instead of the Hyrule Herb would create Mighty Cream of Vegetable Soup.

If vegetables carrying multiple different effects are added, they will cancel out and leave the result as plain Cream of Vegetable Soup. There is no benefit to cancelling out effects in this manner.

Note that if Fortified Pumpkin, Swift Carrot and/or Endura Carrot are included, the resulting meal will be a version of the similarly named Veggie Cream Soup. While the remaining vegetables are primarily leafy, Hearty Radish or Big Hearty Radish are exceptions, which will create Hearty Cream of Vegetable Soup if uncancelled.
