Breath of the Wild
Lava flows into Darunia Lake from Death Mountain via Lake Darman - although the boundary between the two lakes is not well-defined, it appears to be around the chain of islands which form the Abandoned North Mine and the Isle of Rabac. Darunia Lake itself flows into the Golow River.
