Revali's Champion Garb is a tunic/scarf given to Revali after becoming a Champion in Breath of the Wild and Age of Calamity.
Breath of the Wild
Revali first receives this outfit for the ceremony formally appointing the Champions, seen in the "The Champions' Ballad" DLC memory. The only time he is seen not wearing it is in "Champion Revali's Song", which shows his original recruitment as a Champion.
Age of Calamity
Revali's Champion Garb replaces his initial outfit after the The Road Home, Besieged Chapter 3 scenario. It is obtained as a distinct outfit after completing The Future of Hyrule
