Hickaly Woods

The Hickaly Woods is a forested location in Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom.

Breath of the Wild

The Woods are located in the Dueling Peaks region, situated just south of the Dueling Peaks Stable, beyond the Big Twin Bridge and the Little Twin Bridge.

The woods are densely populated with an assortment of wildlife. Throughout the relatively small area, Link will occasionally find some Honeyvore Bear, Mountain Does, Mountain Bucks, Mountain Goats, Woodland Boars, as well as an assortment of birds.

At the northeast portion of the woods, there is a plateau structure that has weak walls on both sides. Link can blast them away with Bombs to find a treasure chest containing a Purple Rupee. A second treasure chest can be found at the north end of the woods, where there is a small Bokoblin camp near the Squabble River. Normal Red Bokoblin, as well as Blue Bokoblin can be found here, with a treasure chest nearby containing ten Arrows.

In the center of the Hickaly Woods, the remains of a Stalnox can be found. Between the hours of 9pm and 5am, the Stalnox will come alive and Link can battle it. If Link stays close to the remains, the Stalnox will not awaken. He'll have to leave the Woods and then return there to battle the Stalnox.

Lift the rock on this small island.

This seed is found under a rock on a small island just before the waterfall.

Pick up the rock here. Be on guard if you are collecting this seed early in the game while you still have only a few hearts and fairly weak weapons, there is a bear lurking nearby, as well as a Stalnox at night.

Lift this rock.

Tears of the Kingdom

The Hickaly Woods can be found south along the path from the Dueling Peaks Stable. The Woods are located directly north of Mount Floria, at the much lower elevation.
