Urbosa's Champion Garb is a tunic/skirt given to Urbosa after becoming a Champion in Breath of the Wild and Age of Calamity.
Breath of the Wild
Urbosa first receives this outfit for the ceremony formally appointing the Champions, seen in the "The Champions' Ballad" DLC memory. The only time she is seen not wearing it is in "Champion Urbosa's Song", which shows her formal recruitment as a Champion.
Age of Calamity
Urbosa's Champion Garb replaces her initial outfit after the The Road Home, Besieged Chapter 3 scenario. It is obtained as a distinct outfit after completing The Future of Hyrule.
