"A sturdy shield loved by many an adventurer. It is made of animal hide and sturdy wood and is best suited to defending against weak monsters or animals."

Breath of the Wild In-Game Description

The Traveler's Shield is a shield found in Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom.

Breath of the Wild

The Traveler's Shield has a base Shield Guard of 4, and is typically found in and around the Great Plateau, either simply on the ground, in Treasure Chests, or in the hands of a Bokoblin. It is mainly wooden in design, with a metal band around the perimeter. Due to this design choice, it will burst into flames should it be brought near one.

For the Hyrule Compendium one can be photographed on the wall of Selmie's Spot but cannot be taken.
