Where Am I? is one of the "Tear of the Dragon" memories of Zelda found in Tears of the Kingdom.
Overview
When Link meets up with Impa near the New Serenne Stable, as part of the Impa and the Geoglyphs quest, the pair will travel up to the Sky in a Hot-Air Balloon. Here the two will see a Geoglyph on the ground and Impa tasks Link with searching for a Dragon's Tear.
Location
The Geoglyph is found in the North Hyrule Plain, just north of the New Serenne Stable. The small green pond can be found at the north end of the Geoglyph.
In-Game Description
"After disappearing into the depths under the castle, Zelda wakes up and meets two strangers who introduce themselves as King Rauru and Queen Sonia. She's left started by a suspicion that she's heard those names before."
Summary
The events of the memory take place immediately after the prelude of the game. After Zelda falls down into a bottomless pit, Beneath Hyrule Castle. She has traveled back in time and is startled when she meets King Rauru andn Queen Sonia, the first King and Queen of Hyrule.
